The module will take you about 60 minutes to complete. If you support families with children under five then this module is for you. You'll be introduced to the main Turn2us services, explore benefits and tax credits for families, and discover how to use the Turn2us Benefits Checker. You'll also get information on applying for benefits, find out the types of support available from grant-giving charities, and learn how to carry out a grants search and manage grant enquiries. The module will take you 60-120 minutes to complete. Many people do not claim all of the benefits for which they are eligible. This module takes you through the Turn2us Advanced Benefits Checker, which has been designed for intermediaries with a good understanding of welfare benefits. You'll see how to run a benefits check on behalf of the people you support, and find out how to analyse the results. The module will take you about 15 minutes to complete. You do not need to complete it all in one go. You can exit at any time, bookmark where you have got to and resume later on. |
